Children's Badminton Coaching Class 7 -12years

Aimed at Beginners to Intermediate players approx 7 -12 years but flexible to suit the individual.

This sessions provides an opportunity for young players to try a new sport, or for those that have played at school or with family.

It will focus on learning skills required for badminton. The children will be introduced to grips, technique, footwork, the shots needed for the game, scoring and play lots of fun games.

This is a new introductory experience in Ockbrook for the children to try the sport of badminton the children can sign up for a free trial session and after the first taster session the coach will happily discuss the next steps with the parent/guardian to support.

The age is a guideline and younger children that can strike the shuttle over the net would be welcome to join this beginners class or slightly older children that are new to the sport or have siblings in the class.

Each child can book on one FREE taster class and then if the child(ren) enjoy the class a block booking for the remainder of the term is required. The coach will be available to answer questions you might have after your taster class so please feel free to reach out :)
