* Learn shots, improve racket skills and shot technique
* Practice footwork and court movement
* Fitness
* Play badminton games and learn match winning tactics
* be active and have fun friends and meet new people
* we refer to the olympic values through the day of Excellence, Respect and Friendship to support their development on and off the courts too.
* Have an opportunity to be coached by and play with Team GB Olympians
